How does trustee look at it if...

My question is how does the trustee look at it if you can't get financed so someone else finances a car for you, either as a joint applicant, co-signer, or you're not even on the paperwork but you pay for the car every month and insurance is in your name? Anyone know how that would work or how they would see that?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

If your co signer then it would show up for you.

The best way if you have a parent or other friend who bought a car in their name that you use, to have them write up a rental agreement. In it you would agree to pay x amount each month for the use of the car. It would also need to stipulate you carry sufficient insurance as required by law for the car.

(This is assuming the car is not titled in your name, if the title is in your name he'll find it with a title search)
