Is it possible to have a million dollar home ( not paid) ( Owe so much)
and keep car for husband and wife.
IF the person owes 2 million almost and giving up all other house and business and cars and trucks. BUt wanting to keep the house hes staying at which is worth a million when he bought it not paid in full, longs years to go.
and wants 2 car to keep for the husband to work and the wife to take the kids to school and go out to buy what is needed.
( I believe its chapter 13)
HE cant make payments on his other houses, he barely even make to pay his own house that he stays. losing the business ( actually now closed) and owes a lot of money from different credit cards and from refinancing the house.
I am thinking to file a chapter 13 for this person. BUt its a bit complicated as the house is way too much to even keep it. Any suggestions?

OK, without more information, my gut feeling is, you both are living way beyond your means. Go for C7 not 13 as if he has no business, what will he pay?

Let’s put it this way, things may be going a bit tight in the future. Do you wish to go 13 and attempt to pay whatever, or 7 and get out of it. Then start a new life without all the swimming pools and BMW’s, etc. Face it, you guys are bankrupt. Why else would you be here????
