    paperwork...a few questions...

I'm filling out all of the paperwork for my attorney. I have a couple of quesitons though....

~My husband drives a company vehicle. my attorney wants the make/model and market value. why? it's clearly not ours!

~I'm on my childrens savings accounts, I'm assuming I need to provide them with those acct numbers and statements?

~we recently switched banks. I went to the old bank website to look at a few things and found that the account is major negative! yikes! how do I handle this?

I would question the company vehicle with your attorney again. My husband also has a company car and it was never even brought up. Attorney and trustee could have cared less, it was a total non-issue. We even have $45 taken from his paychecks from his employer to cover personal miles he may use, it was an allowable expense, no questions asked.

        (1) The company vehicle does not belong to your husband and belong to his company. Maybe the attorney is not clear on this; question - does your husband get reimbursed by the company for gasoline or other allowances as to him having this vehicle for his use? Your attorney may be looking for that information.

        (2) Yes, provide your children's savings account information if your name is on there because since your name is on there, you have access to those funds.

        (3) Call the bank - did you cancel out all previous automatic payments and provide your new account informatoin? You are overdrawn at your old bank and will have to work with them to straighten it out.
