Section 341 Meeting of Creditors held on 10/22/2008 Debtor Examined. Meeting of Creditors closed. Trustee's report of no distribution. Trustee requests discharge and certifies under FRBP 5009: the estate has been administered; I have neither received nor distributed any non exempt property; I have diligently inquired about the debtors financial affairs and location of estate property. The estate has no non exempt property to distribute.


What does this mean? I went on pacer after work tonight and this is what I found...

Does this mean the trustee doesn't want my $800 valued car? If I get my discharge this would be the best christmas present ever. Discharge date is 12/22

Oh my, that was a bad day!!!

I seriously wanted to cry when I read 'no non exempt property to distribute'.

It is my only non exempt property.

Now when should I go check pacer again for updates?

I am relieved. But just b/c it's in my nature--I am still nervous!!
