We just filed Ch 7 yesterday. Our lawyer is a strange man...but that's beside the point. He really hasn't told us what to expect and or do over the next few months/weeks? We are in the hole about 80K in medical/crap bills from the last 10 years. We are surrendering our car (we owe way more than it's worth). I have no clue what to do now with it? He hasn't told us anything. We finance with Citi Financial Auto.
My next concern is money, we were told to have little money in our accout when we filed, which we did...but what about over the next months/weeks? I'm expecting a financial aid refund, a tax interception for child support....what about that?? I cashed out my 401K (it was only $477)....I need X-mas money...what about that??
