I applied for an in school deferment and was refused by Wachovia and thay have asked me to file for a foreberance instead. Actually I did this but think I am just being jerked around having them request this same paperwork again.
I am attending a regionally accredited school and it is approved for say Federal VA benefits expenditures but they had pulled out of Title IV some time after I started my attendance. Dilemma-Real school but not participant of Title IV loan program
My student loans are with different lenders Sallie Mae, Wachovia and my deferment through ACS who is hooked up with Wachovia was approved (I have downloaded and saved the letter and then after they reviewed both accounts seem to have taken that away and everything is now filed with Wachovia.
It just seems bogus at I am attending a real university full time yet am being refused deferment. I had the enrollment notification sent to all my lenders.
Any Ideas?
