Discharged and Closed...how much longer for Cars?

We were discharged and closed on 10/23.08. We surrendered our car in the bk. We have not heard anything from our auto lender. How much longer can we drive our car before they repo it? Do we need to contact our lender and tell them our bk was discharged?

I believe the court will tell them, if you are discharged they could show up at any time. Don't leave valuables in the car. If you want to get the process over with just call em up and ask when they'll be by to get the car or make an appointment with them to turn it over to them or their representative.
