How did you find/figure out all your debts? Really need help

I was reading a Sticky that was all about bankruptcy and I have read this elsewhere--->You need to know ALL the people/creditors/whatnot you owe so you can list them when you file.

I have no clue how I'm going to do this!! I have some bills but theres just soo many from the past years its ridiculous! Then I went and tried to get my "free" credit report and I havent had one this year and they either asked for my credit card info or wouldnt let me view it?

But I did get my transunion report and I know it does not have all the debtsI owe on it. Why is that? Are credit reports not accurate?

How did you guys figure out all your debts prior to filing? I read that if I forget one then I have to pay costs to re-open my case and add it. I don't want to do that.

Is there anyway my lawyer can do it if I pay?

And if anyone knows how I could access my credit reports for free with no credit card I'd love the link.

You can use a debit card to purchase your credit report.
And if you can't access annualcreditreport.com because they think you've had a free report in the last 12 mos, then give them a call, they can check and see when the last time you pulled your credit report.

How did I know which debts I had?? I saved the statements and I use MS Money, so all of my account balances are on there. Any collection items would show up on my CR's or I would have a collection letter (that hasn't hit the CR yet, still in early collection stage)

Your lawyer will run your credit report to do your creditor matrix.
You will probably have to pay for the other reports you don't have to get an accurate picture for your own peace of mind.

Thanks. I had to pay 30 dollars to see my credit report but still dont believe they have all my debts on there. BC I had a medical bill this year for 8000 that wasnt listed?

I don't have all my bills so I don't know what to do.
