WI Dept of Justice listed as a creditor?

Just got off Pacer; my case was filed last Friday. I saw 2 things that puzzle me: First, a series of "flags" - Defic, DebtEd, and MEANSNO.

I understand that the MEANSNO just means that the local trustee doesn't see a presumption of abuse based on the means test. What are the others?

Second, the Wisconsin (my state) Department of Justice is listed as a creditor. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I plan to surrender my home & allow the bank to foreclose?

I've emailed my atty, but I thought I'd ask here, too. Thanks!

Not sure about the state DOJ...I don't think it would be related to the foreclosure.

My atty emailed me back - the DOJ is actually listed with the Dept of Revenue; he said he always lists the Us Dept of Revenue & the state's in case there are any lingering tax liability issues (which I don't think there are). I really like my atty - he is very responsive and seems more than on his toes.
