Two months behind and Chase called. I answered, and when she asked for me I said, "speaking". She said who she was and that she was calling fom Chase about my payment due of $XXX. I said, "If you have any questions about my financial situation, then please call my attorney. His name is Joe Smith and his number is 1-555-555-1212". Of course I gave her his real name and phone number. She said, "Wait, I have to get the correct form. Are you doing debt consolidation or bk". I repeated myself exactly what I said before and then she said, But I can't call him without having the correct form filled out". I said again what I had already told her then politely said, "Thanks" and hung up. Dunno if they call again but my attorney told me to just tell them if they have any question to call him.

You did right. The less you say to these people the better.
When they asked for you, you should have asked "What is this about?" This puts them on the defensive.Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
