Where do I list Mail Order Accounts?

I have catalog purchases from Swiss Colony, Seventh Avenue, and Ginny's where I charged allot of Christmas gifts last Christmas, and I've had these ccounts for several years. The last time I used them was about 4 months ago. Where do I list these and do I have to list all the things I bought. Some of these items I don't remember who we gave them to.

You don't need to list the items you bought.

Unless you know otherwise, I would presume these are general unsecured debts.
