Do you need to supply copies of your monthly bills (cell phone, internet, cable, power, etc?). I'm embarassingly disorganized and get alot of them "paperless" via the internet, though I've started printing out copies of my bank accounts, I don't have copies of most my bills after they are paid.

You need to go online and printout a copy of your accounts that you pay online. You may be asked for these by the trustee and you want them available if he does.
Also your lawyer will need copies for his records.
