And it says that it's awaiting to be closed. When is it supposed to say discharged, unless i just completely missed it. My 341 was June 6th, last day to object was 8/4. so just wondering.

I just read Pacer and mine says DISCHARGED August 26. I am so relieved I am beside myself. I am sorry I dont know why yours doesnt say discharged because it obviously is the step BEFORE closed. I know the courts are swamped; we filed in March and our 341 was in May but to be fair we had a roadblock or two before we settled our case. I am sure it will be soon; why not ask your attorney?

butterflyness, Did you check your history on Pacer? Maybe it just didn't get entered yet.

"Closing" and "Discharged" are two different things. Your case DOES NOT close upon discharge.

Actually, the entry of "awaiting closure" is not a bad entry, because it implies that you have been discharged. Thus, I wouldn't worry about it.
