OK so today my attorney tells me that our 13 payment is gonna be only our 2 car payments plus 250/mo--this is 1360/mo. My mortgage is 1370. Our monthly income is 6700--3900 of that is disability pay. Doesn't it seem like this amount is quite low?? I am really confused right now--do ou think they are right??

If this is the artificially-created disposable income figure that was calculated on your Means Test and Schedules after your attorney plugged in your family financial figures, then that's what it is.
If you aren't comfortable, then before signing the forms be sure to sit down with your lawyer and ask him/her to walk you through the figures and explain how the payment came out as it did.
