Seeing atty today

Got my second appointment with my attorney today...in about 2 hours. Gawd I hope he's got some sort of good news for me otherwise I'm gonna be screwed. I just want to have my truck in the plan along with his fee. I want to keep my old sailboat and my guns. I don't own much else. It's just that being selfemployed my income can be so sporadic...especially now in these economic times. I hope I don't have to go buy a rope after seeing him.

hang in there Andy, we're one happy family in here. With all the help we get in here you'll get through it. In a year from now you will be looking back and thinking how easy it was.

Had a good meeting with my atty today. He's cool. He helped me through a 13 many years ago before things changed. He says I will most likely be able to dump all my cc's and only pay into the plan my truck payment and his fee. He said we'd figure out how long the plan would be after I get him my last 6 months gross and expenditures. I think I'll be ok as I am way below the medium income for Oregon. Went online and took the first credit counseling course and should get my certificate in the next day or so and...be able meet next week with him so we can file!!I'm hoping for a 48 month plan or even less but a 48 would be fine. Of course I have to stay in business which is scary in these economic times.

This forum has been sooooo much help!! Thanks to all that have offered support. Hopefully I can give something back after I'm all done!!
