    What to keep

Talked to attorney today , we have a car and motorcycle my main transportation and house we want to keep . Question is what are the chances of paying house and bike payment separate can we keep the bike and car ? We are letting van go . Kinda got confused on bike part , he said we might be able to keep bike since it is my main form of transportation and car will be hers and kids.

In most states, your allowed one vehicle per licensed driver in the house. What may have occured is that during your discussion he saw the two vehicles plus the bike. In that scenario, the bike may be considered an unneccesary expense, but if it is your main source of transportation and you are surrendering one other car, then as long as the equity is below the exemption amount, you should be fine. (trying to set a record for longest run-on sentence).

    Good Luck
