I've vanished from pacer

I've been checking Pacer because I finished my Ch13 in May. We actually made to last payment in February. We still have not received the discharge, and we are more than a little frustrated.

Today, my case number is not even in the system.

Any clue about why that would happen? Has this happened to anyone else?
