I just got done figureing out my monthly business income and expenses so I could come up with how much I make per month. My attorney said to give him the past 6 months. I didn't itemize it as he didn't ask for that. All said and done, I have an average take home of about $1200/month. Deduct living expenses of food around $400, rent a room for $125, current truck payment of $255, insurance of $90, gas of $150, vet bill or grooming $30, misc stuff like who knows....deodrant, shampoo whatever of maybe $20, maybe $50/mo for medical and I come up with $1010. this isn't counting auto repairs that might happen or even new clothes I might need for work. Add that stuff in and I'm almost at the $1200/mo. How is the trustee going to look at that to determine my monthly plan?
If I include the truck payment (balance due of about $9700) and the attorney fee ($3000) that's like $12,700. If I can hope to keep my plan payment around $250 or less then can my attorney and I come up with how many months we can pay? I think I can swing a 48 month plan as that would make the payments at about $264/month. does that sound like something the trustee might accept???
Thanks!!
