if the car title is registered to two persons, not married and states either/or on title, are you considered half owner of car for judgement purposes or full owner? would the judgement holder have to pay other person 1/2 value before getting my half value, minus my exemption? or could they seize it? its worth maybe 9k, and exemption is 2500. i have judgement, she does not. no loans on car.

i already have a 3yr old judgement. the car is the only thing they could possibly get, and yes, probably wholesale would be far less. mybe 4k. so it wouldnt be worth it for them to try and get it. california has 2500 exemption and if they had to pay her even half of 4k. there wouldnt be anything left. besides they have to pay sheriff too right.
