Chapter 7 help

My family has suffered horrible events which have caused us to relocate to Israel. We have a home in Texas and it is just not working out with renters and the market is terrible. Not to mention credit card dept and 2 cars. We had perfect credit but now are flat broke. I want to file Chapter 7 but I want to do the work from overseas and want to know if I will have to appear in court in Texas or what.

You're best bet is to file for BK in the states! Go to the American Embassey or a knowledgeable attorney for laws regarding filing BK overseas for U.S. debt liquidation.
