i noticed that my second was listed as a claim on my paperwork. Can they include this in a Chapter 13 repayment plan? Just curious, because we have been continuing to make payments.

Usually if you are current, you pay it outside the pan.

Everyone to whom I owed money was listed as a creditor.
Even my car insurance and I was never late with a payment. I continue to pay them outside my plan.
I am curious if my rates with go up in the future.
