Question, We will hopefully be filing our petition next week. According the Court, if it is filed next week, we will have our 341 during the week of Oct 10-14. On Sept 30, my position will be taken over by a contract, because it's temporary, however, there is a real possibility that the contract that comes in will pick me up to continue the position. When it does, I will be making more money. I won't receieve my first check from them until the 14th oct.
So...here's my question, since my peition is filed using my current income, and paystubs that I can and will provide will be based on this current job. Not on the new job. I know I'm suppose to reveal everything, but should I just keep this to myself and let my petition speak for itself? Since from the time to file, until the time of the 341, everything would be correct? It's just if I do get this job, it'll start on the 3rd of Oct. Again, no check until after 341 meeting.
