my wife's name is on the deed, along with mine.we are facing a foreclouser sale the 21st. my question is can i file without her and stop the sale? i plan to file a 7, so we will lose the home, but we want to try and sell before the 7 is discharged. how long between the time you file a 7 and discharge? This filing will stop the sale on the 21st, right?
