Yes it was.
My telescopic flag pole was frozen and I could not get to the clips to change it or I would have lowered my flag to half mass then.
I do wonder if there are people nowdays, who would be declaring that pearl harbor & Hiroshima never happened. Kind of like how some declare genocide never happens in attempt to change history.
