I have been looking at my BK case on the National Date Center web site.
When I go under the "claims" tab it lists all of my creditors. Is this just a list or have they actually made claims. If it is just a list, how do I know if and when they make a claim. I filed on Nov 3.

i think pacer is faster if u want 2 see who has made any claims. I filed on 11/25 and pacer shows 8 claims but NDC only shows 3
