from the way I understand it its 60 days from your 341 meeting that the creditors have because from the date of filing to discharge is typically around 90 days.
    Filed 08/04/05
    341 09/14/05

Creditors have 60 days to dispute your bankruptcy. The 60 days start from your 341 meeting. So if your meeting is 10/18 then 60 days would be 12/18. Hope this helps!

Yes it does . thanks )

I just thought it was odd that it said thirty days on the letter.
Wish us luck we are so scared to go but from what I have read it is usually like only three minutes.. Hope that is the way it goes for us.

The trustee has 30 days and the creditors have 60 days after the 341 to object.
