Pacer ?

Can anyone (UST or BT) tell that I'm looking at my records in PACER? Just curious if that is something they can look at & if it looks "bad" to be checking on our case?

Can you tell we are paranoid?

Ok, bit the bullet and registered, we can't find our case online! It consistently says something like "failed to get a useful response from the server, cannot verify this case number...".

I'm typing it in right from the official form
2-08-XXXXX-JCN (leaving out the 5 digits for security, lol). If I try it without the dashes or the letters at the end it comes out the same.

Any suggestions?

Try searching by using your SSN.

That came up not found and we got charged .08 for that query.

Welovedis: Go to PACER https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov/cgi...court_id=00idx and choose bankruptcy, put your last name in and the last four digits of your SS number. Go to History or Docket, and it will tell you what is going on.

Now, this does not mean they are watching you. There is NO WAY to do this, as I could by Public Record search your name and to what means would they know if it were I or you? Don’t be so paranoid. ‘Hub

THANK YOU! I was able to login and find it that way. Looks like everything is ok, the flags I saw were DebtEd, MeansNo, and RealProp, so that appears to be good I guess. Sorry for being so paranoid, DH & I are really stressing out this weekend for some reason. Hard when we only can talk to just each other about the whole thing.
