My 341 was yesterday also. What a very simple thing. It was a bigger pain getting everything together then it was for that. I had about 8 cases in front of me so that put me at ease. One couple in front of me was converting from a 13 to a 7 and also going thru a divorce. Then not to mention the US Trustee was there because they were very interested in something.
My lawyer leaned over to me and said this isn't going to be good for them.
A plus on my side was that my trustee and my lawyer use to work together. he asked me about 5 questions and out the door i was.
