First, I want to thank everyone on this board for all of your support and thoughts.
Second, I might not file chapter 11 after all. It has been over a year since I stopped paying on some of my cc's. At least 6 months on others. The collection calls have dried up. I have silent ring on my phone so I don't get the calls anyhow. I was sued by Citi, but I filed a "response" to their motion for default and have not heard a think in over a month. Have not paid my first or second for 90 days. Second won't forclose due to the house being upside down. Trying to do a "work out" on the first. I can rent the same house next door for 1/4 of my payment. I am going to pay my attorney the full amount to file on Jan 15th just in case something drastic happens, but at this point, I may postpone my filing.
I will keep you posted. Merry Christmas to all!
