PACER Flag "Incomplete" in Case Summary

I checked my PACER case summary and under flags it reads "Incomplete"

I haven't completed my Financial Management Course ( the second course, not the debt counseling) yet, so I am thinking this is probably the cause.

I am just hyper paranoid because of my last snafu ( dismissal), so want to make sure I am crossing all "t's" and dotting all "i's"

Would the absence of the FM certificate cause an "incomplete" flag in PACER?

BTW, getting right on that even though it isn't due until 45 days after 341.

WHen I didn'r have my certificate for the Debt Management course (scond certicate) it said DEBTED that meant they didn't have the Certificate for that course. It never said incomplete. You should call the office at the court and ask what that means.

You should get that done as soon as possible. has that flag been there all along?
