Cecking Account, Post Dated Checks,& Nsf

My husband and I are going to the lawyer and signing the papers Tuesday for CH 7. Here is what happened recently.I had two post- dated checks for Sept. 8 and October 8 to a small payday loan company. The total amount of the loan is about $370. I have been renewing this over the past six months.I asked my lawyer if I should go and renew this on the 8th and he said let them send the check through since we are going in this Tuesday.
Since I ididn't want them to take this money from my account (I was already overdrawn) the bank let me put a temporary freeze on my account to where no one can take money out of my account, but I can put money in.Anyway, I know this check will be returned and I'll be getting calls from the loan company by tomorrow. I had already opened a new checking account a few weeks ago at a different bank because of several creditors trying to make electronic withdrawals. Some suceeded in doing so and I'm paying for it now.
My question is this. since this loan is being included in the filing, what will happen to my new account at the new bank? I only have $20 in there. Since that other check to the creditor will be returned as a "bad" check, will it prevent my being able to write checks on my new account?
Also, I'm overdrawn $600 at the bank I have a freeze on the account, should I include this in the bankruptcy or try to pay it up before Tuesday?

One bank account shouldn't interfere with the other-if they're not related in any way.
