For those of us who have recently been discharged, has anyone had experience with either the First Premier or Orchard Bank credit cards? Have they proven a useful way to re-establish credit. Is one card better than the other? Thanks.

I don't know what the pros and cons are for a secured card from Orchard, but I don't see them in the top ranks of the secured cards listed by Bankrate.com. Take a look: http://www.bankrate.com/brm/rate/cc_...=All&cc_freq=1 -
We got an unsecured mastercard from Orchard Bank one year after our ch 7 was filed. We have had no problems with them and have had a credit limit increase regularly since.Comment
