    creditor question

i have 2 bank of america accounts that are charged off and were turned over to collection agencies that i just noticed on my credit report after filing. i listed boa originally on my schedules, but not the company they sent my account to. do i need to amend my paperwork to include that collection agency, or do i leave it alone since the account was originally with boa?
    Ch 7. filed: 11/12/08

When I first filed my BK, I listed accounts that were still with the OC. Then months later, CA's were writing me letters and calling trying to collect on the same debt that the OC had that I listed in my BK. I just gave the collection letters to my attorney and I have heard from them since. If they call you, give them your case#, and tell them to contact your attorney.
