Legal advise please

I'm meeting with an attorney on the 31st for my consultation for ch 7.

My brother lives with me but isn't on the lease. He pays me cash each month for rent and 1/2 utilities. Does this need to be disclosed? I do not deposit the cash into my bank or anything.

I had an issue where I am released on PTI. Pretrial intervention which is for a year. I have another 9 months to go. However, my brother posted my bail of $2500 (bail is in his name) but I paid him back. Therefor I am expecting $2500 in the future. Do I need to disclose this?

It is always best to be completely honest when you file. disclosing that your brother pays half the bills may not make any difference in your case. how your case gets file depends how close you are to medium and how much disposable income you have.
Its hard to say about the 2500 when will you get it back before or after filing or it maybe able to be exempted. that depends on where you live.

income is 30k

expenses total about 2600 month. that's rent, utilities, car, food, clothing,etc

My money is not guranteed to be given back. If for any reason the court thinks I didn't complete the program as advised they can seize it.
I'm going to make my lawyer aware of this situation.
I guess if after the discharge I recieve the money then the trustee gets it, correct?
I just want to be 100% honest with all parties.
