I got a vehicle purchase contract from a dealership on last friday and just fax it to my attorney this morning. My question is how long does it take for a trustee to approve (or not approve) my new auto loan? Also, my attorney will file a motion to modify the plan. Usually how long does it take?

Well, i can't tell you about auto loans, but I can tell you about us selling our house.
Because of the title company waiting until the last minute (the day before closing)...and our attorney not paying attention...our attorney contacted the trustee and so did I...and he signed an OK immediately.
But we have a good trustee...not so good attorney...and he responded to us immediately and personally.Comment
