Received paperwork from them (by way of our attorney) offering Loss Mitigation Services on behalf of EMC Mortgage. A bit confused as we are current on mortgage payments which are being paid outside of plan. NBS stated just toss the papers when I spoke with them by phone.
My question is, "has anyone else gotten papers from them?" I'm assuming if they work for EMC they send this paperwork to all EMC customers in BK just to proctect their interests. Like I said we're current on payments but a bit concerned by it.
Gotta love that it arrived in mail on Xmas EVe. Just what I need!!
