Hi everyone and Merry Christmas - I have a first and second mortgage. I stopped paying on the second (equity) and they are included in my chapter 7. My question is - Is it legal that they keep sending me statements telling me to pay this amount every month? My first and second are with the same company

TEW Merry Christmas!!! - They keep saying pay this amount but then in the body of the statement, it says for information purposes and then in the next line it says pay this. They are just covering there A** right?Comment
