First Helloe to you all
So I am intending to file chapter 7
this is from california
if my gross income is 3200 a month
1600 for rent
owed 90k in cc's
married filing jointly
with 2 kids
has a cd account ( 15k )
1 car wants to keep owed 14k more,
250 monthly payment
now my question
do i have to file the end of january 2009 for my taxes
before filing bk?
how about my student loan, if im in deferment and intend to go to school
will i still be able to get my loan for school? or i wont be able to?
I wanna keep my taxes this 2008 taxes
and wanna be able to get a loan and continue my school
even if i file bk
and i am thinking of taking my cd account out... and close all my checking account
i have 2 other checking acccount that has 2k on each.
can they take my money, if i take the money.. will i have a problem with it.
any help? suggestion? pls help me
