'transferring' a car or buy new

in the process of finalizing my petition - I filed and working on submitting the details. I currently have two cars in my name. My wife's for her and the kids and mine. Both payments are listed as an expense. My wife will be filing soon, and my attorney will file her separately at first. My wife's expenses are just the cc debt and child care - she has a pending approval for a car loan and I'm think we get one in her name because my personal car is not practical (coupe manual which wife doesn't drive). Initially was going to trade in my car for her new car - but attorney advised not to do anything with my expenses. So, if we just got a third car - are there severe implications ?
    thanks all

You could put the third car at risk trying to file Ch 13 with three cars if you don't have at least three licensed drivers in your immediate family. Do you?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
