Can anyone answer these? Is it best to file taxes before you file....I'm assuming someone may be entitled to our return if otherwise. Also, can I take out student loans while in a 13? Another thing, what happens to car loans while you are in a 13? Do they get renegotiated or do we just re-affirm the loans? Im hoping to lower my car payment...is that a stretch? I know I have alot of questions....I do have a consultation coming up in Jan. but I'd still like to see if anyone has feedback on these things.
