Hello All,
If i'm going to be in a 13 to save my house, how is the mortgage allowance figured? Looking at the US-DOJ site and their figures, they have the allowance split up into two numbers; one is for rent/mortgage, the other is non-rent/mortgage expenses,( ie heat, hot water, home repairs, etc)
If your actual mortgage is higher than the allowance, do you still get the allowance for the upkeep expenses? In my case the figures are ~$1400 mortgage allowance, $600 expenses. I'm at 3100 for the mortgage alone. do they allow the additional $600 for expenses as well?
