    Wow...had 341 today...look at Pacer!

Trustee's Report Of No Distribution And Notice Of Intended Abandonment. The trustee has performed the duties required under 11 U.S.C. 704 and there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors. The trustee received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Any non-exempt real or personal property listed by the debtor(s) has no realizable value to the estate and is burdensome. Therefore such non-exempt property shall be deemed abandoned pursuant to order of the Court and 11 U.S.C. 554(c). Pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5009, the trustee certifies that the estate of the debtor has been fully administered, and prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office. Meeting Of Creditors Held And Concluded.

Someone please confirm this is fabulous news!

I don't think it could get much better. I'm looking forward to being in your shoes in 4-6 weeks.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I had this same posting right after my 341 (on 7/22)! Such a good feeling to cross that hurdle! Now, just waiting for 5-more weeks for discharge. I've checked Pacer since this posting from the trustee, and there have been no additional updates.
Congrats on the first step to a new beginning!

Different verbiage. What does this mean?

Notice my message on PACER. It is slightly different than yours. Mine doesn't say anything about "abandonment". Does this mean the trustee still is not done w/ me?

Trustees Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.., Meeting of Creditors Held

If there are no (nonexempt) assets, there is nothing to abandon.... The trustee might abandon someone's nonexempt property if they have nonexempt property that the trustee does not want.
