The trustee has performed the duties required under 11 U.S.C. 704 and there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors. The trustee received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. I had this same posting right after my 341 (on 7/22)! Such a good feeling to cross that hurdle! Now, just waiting for 5-more weeks for discharge. I've checked Pacer since this posting from the trustee, and there have been no additional updates.

Different verbiage. What does this mean?

Notice my message on PACER. It is slightly different than yours. Mine doesn't say anything about "abandonment". Does this mean the trustee still is not done w/ me?

If there are no (nonexempt) assets, there is nothing to abandon.... The trustee might abandon someone's nonexempt property if they have nonexempt property that the trustee does not want.
