can you imagine the scenario if someone used a credit card, double charge and then went overlimit?
Wonder if the CC company would then return rate to previous level?

I've never felt very comfortable using my Visa Check Card at stores because of issues like this. Cash is definately the safest method of payment but not always very convenient.
