you can now block numbers from calling you. Chase was calling me about 20 times a day and even though I had their number set to "no ring" it was still annoying. I went on the verizon wireless website (I think it was under parental controls) and signed up (it was 4.99 a month). You can add up to 20 numbers manually and allow them again at anytime. The phone is much quieter today
