Just got off the phone with my attorneys paralegal. Looks like my filing date will be on Jan 19th. Got a ballpark figure on what monthly payments by 36 months will be, around $130!! I am smiling about that!! I will be able to get by on instead of sinking deeper in the quagmire of debt! I know I dont want to get ahead of myself, as I am sure there might be a few more bumps on this road...

But I cant help but to feel a bit optimistic at this point!

Also looks like I might even have a date one of these days!! Need to be real careful there...... No offence ladies.....although I got into this mess by mostly my own mistakes..... there was a little help from some of the females in my past...

Hey...... everyone have a good weekend. I am almost looking forward to talking to my creditors now and refering them to my attorny!!

It really is....... about a 10% payback plan...... but like I said ...I still have a ways to go I suppose I ought to temper my enthusiasm...

Here is to a quick and easy confirmation. May you not be jacked around making payments that just sit in the trustee's acct for almost a year like we did, all over stupid mortgage company objections.

Good luck. The majority of 13's do seem to be approved relatively painlessly, so hopefully yours will be too.
