Is this normal to have this flag? I am letting both cars go, but I signed the reaffirm at the 341, as I have posted elsewhere- however I am siging the paperwork in the next few weeks to let them go. So anyways, is this a normal flag in this situation?

Yes, thanks I am signing this two weeks prior to the 60 days, so they have enough time to process it.Originally posted by StartingOver08 View PostFile your AMENDED MOTION to surrender right away so that you are not stuck with that reaffFiled: 11/25/08 - chp 7 no asset

Do you ALWAYS have this flag when reaffirming? I have signed the reaffirmation agreement and it as submitted to the court two months ago (before 341). My attorney signed off on the "no hardship" piece. My attorney talked to me a few weeks ago for an update and said that the reaffirmation was "a done deal." I had also called the creditor and they told me that it was done from their perspective.
I don't have this flag on my PACER....should I?

Flags differ somewhat from court to court. If you filed with a lawyer, then ask him/her about this particular flag and if you should be seeing it (or another flag) on your case. (Don't be surprised if your lawyer is surprised you know about PACER
)
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

One thing I noticed was that a letter from the creditor I was 'reaffirming' with sent a document that is attached to the case, basically a send any coorespondince to. So who knows, maybe it's a random court thing.Originally posted by bkchap7filer View PostDo you ALWAYS have this flag when reaffirming? It's all in your viewpoint. Believe me when I say that those of us in Ch 13 would LOVE to have just 60 days until discharge instead of 36 to 60 months!Originally posted by SubPrimeME View Post60 days.... takes... so... long....
