Did any one apply and have luck?, also can I apply for 2 things to see what i get approved for... Ie refinacing the vehicle I have now, and applying for a new loan to see which is better? If the new loan came through better then I could let the car i have now go....

meeting with attorney next week as they want me to either reaffirm the car I have or amend to surrender....

I do not think they like ride throughs...

Are you referring to www.722redemption.com? If so, I did apply. If you submit one application they can let you know what you would qualify for in either of the cases you mentioned. Originally they were concerned about my debt-to-income ratio because I was including my house payment, but not my husband's income. We decided to surrender the house though, and were approved.
