Yet Another Raise Question

Ok, husband was guaranteed a raise in certain amount of time. We fully beleive it will come. It comes with backpay.

Can he take the raise without compromising our BK and median income (at the threshhold).

1) After we file?
2) After 341?
3) After 60 day wait?
3) or only after discharge?

Does he have a say in it? Kinda, when they are bothered, they tend to act. When should he bug them--safely?

At the 341 hearing you might be asked if you expect any major changes in your income, any inheritances, etc. Just play dumb.
Once discharged/closed you're out of the woods.
