Had 341 Meeting Today
My 341 meeting was today. It lasted about 5 minutes.
Around 4/5 questions from the trustee - state name/address, if I had read the documents before signing, was everything correct and were there any changes, when was I laid off from my job and had I been able to find a job since then......
That was it.
My attorney did finally file the updated means test yesterday (after much pestering and calling from me).
Even though the US Trustee's office was listed, they did not show up, nor (at least so far) contact my attorney asking for anything.
I reafirmed the auto, but not the house.
Now I will complete the debtor education course, watch Pacer and begin the countday in the 60 day club!
