When we filed December 4th, we fully intended to keep our house. The more we thought about it the more we realize maybe we shouldn't. Anyway, we haven't made December's payment. Our 341 was December 31st. We are well under the means test. Are we in trouble, or wrong to not make the payment? We just can't afford the payment and intend to walk away.
We are also looking into a possible loan modification, but were told that they wouldn't look at us until we were late so that is also why we haven't made December's payment.
